EIFS Consulting and Repair provides professional, independent third party inspections, moisture testing (water intrusion) for residential and commercial structures, damage inspection/assessment and repair recommendations for all Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems, also called "synthetic stucco"(i.e. Sto, Senergy, Finestone, TEC, Parex, Pleko, Damtite, Shield, etc.).

Starting in 1985, we developed specific training seminars and specifications to inform architects, general contractors and EIFS installers on the design and technical requirements of EIFS. These seminars are continually updated to reflect the changing systems (drainage), code and market requirements.

Maintenance, cleaning, and total exterior revitalization are all services we provide in addition to consulting and damage assessment.
